Nature of the Service
Glascock County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It stores no official inmate, jail, release, or court record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file documents. It points visitors toward Glascock and Georgia government resources and may connect them with outside research tools.
Acceptable Use Rules
Visitors agree to use the site responsibly and may not:
- violate a law or another person's rights;
- stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
- use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision;

Georgia Law and Severability
Georgia law governs these terms, and disputes must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia. References to public records include Georgia's Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. section 50-18-70 et seq., but that law does not make this private site a government custodian.
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
